Good Friday Morning Ladies,
So for the past couple of weeks I have been on a challenge to walk 100 miles in 1 month and I'm so far succeeding and that makes me feel AMAZING! So I wanted to try something else but I don't know what to try just yet. I'm playing around with the 30 day shred right now, I've tried it before and have never actually made it the 30 days :( So that's one idea I've toyed with. and right now I haven't really lost any weight even with all my miles and all my watching what I eat. which as you know is SUPER frustrating. So I decided to join this group its called Mama Laughlin's fit camp, I think I've talked about it before but I'll say it again, Its an amazing tool to help you get motivated and to sound off, ask questions and just read about real women going through the same struggle you are. Check it out on FB its wonderful. With that said my month is almost over and I will have walked my 100 miles in that time I went from walking a mile in 19 mins to walking/jogging a mile in 16 mins. I know that probably doesn't sound fast but its more the miles for me than the time, that and burning calories. Its an accomplishment and it makes me want to try the shred again. cause if I can walk for 30 to an hr twice a day for 30 days then I can do a 20 min workout once a day for 30 days. RIGHT??!!!
So I'm going to tell you all about how this next 30 days or so goes with me trying EVERYTHING under the sun to get ANY amount of weight off. (nothing crazy) I really just want to see the 130's again ANYTHING in that range would make me a happy lady.
These are my thoughts on a Friday morning, here's to hoping I dont gain 2 pounds over the weekend!
