Hi Ladies,
So I don't know about you ladies but I've been kinda hesitant on protein powder Bryan drinks it after his workout but I never have. But I read an article in Women's health magazine that said you should have half of your body's weight in protein a day. I thought well I get enough protein in my diet. I use MFP (my fitness pal) and realized that I don't so I tried a recipe I found today for a protein shake, Not just any protein shake the BEST one Peanut butter chocolate protein shake. I was kinda skeptical about it but I thought well I'll give it a try. AMAZING!
I'm going to use it for a late afternoon pick me up. (I get an awful sweet tooth in the afternoons)
